My love of baking started in my childhood when I loved
to spend afternoons in Mom’s kitchen modifying boxes
of cake mix. What was once fun (measuring, mixing, and
baking) became my passion which led me to New England
Culinary Institute, graduating in 1993. Late one
night, I created my first chocolate truffle and knew
it was the perfect addition to my delectable
brownies. Dark chocolate (is there any other kind?)
has always been my favorite. The rest, as they say, is
history. My brownies pair wonderfully with rich red
wines that's why my favorite way to enjoy them is behind a locked door
with a glass of red wine so that no one can bother me.

first taste of this delectable creation. Without a
doubt, these are the best brownies I have ever tasted.
I knew after the first bite that Bonnie would be a
great success. Whenever I share the brownies with
friends and relatives, their first comment is, “Oh My
God, these are heavenly!” What better name for our
company than Brownies from Heaven?
